Third time I've been here and I've loved every visit. I've tried out the spa and sauna, Vichy shower with body scrub and the oil massage. We get privacy and the service is great! Best value I've seen. Terry is also very accomodating and friendly. He massaged me himself. I'm a very small 5ft, 50kg girl and he walked on my back - it wasn't too heavy or painful whatsoever. If anything, I felt a lot better than before I walked into Haven. I had a great massage. This place has all the necessities, its clean and he also provides snacks and drinks.  I 100% recommend and I will definitely be back! Not worth paying double the cost for the same service in a fancy hotel or location in the city.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

We should have know when one of the questions the owner terry asked on the phone was “are you ladies fit?” 

It felt seedy from the start, terry is extremely unprofessional and has a icky feel about him.

After meeting him in
Person We requested 2 female for our treatment. He immediately got defensive. I continued to explain I was dealing with some abuse issues and wanted a women and he cut me off put his hand 🤚🏾 up in my face and processed to defend his professionalism.

A professional would have gone out of there way to make me comfortable, not stand there and defend them selfs. 

The women we got were lovely, one had experience the other had none. 

The place is dirty and cheap looking.

Groupon should not be promoting places like this.

And quite frankly, terry should not be allowed to touch humans!!

He is yuk.

I enjoyed my time at haven spa. While not the most professional in appearance or manner terry is a genuinely nice bloke. He went out of his way to accommodate my 8 mnths old who tagged along and the massage he gave me was amazing. I had no problem with him walking on me he was very gentle. I do agree however that a little more attention could go in to the general cleaning. 
Overall if you are a down to earth aussie you'll like it.

Excellent private and homely premises. Much prefer over other typical over priced facilities. Freedom to hop between Spa/Sauna/Shower as you choose in one comfortable , pleasantly decorated, private relaxing space, fresh towels, snacks and water are also provided within this area, Private changing room and toilet at access, also liquid soap in shower . Massage/Vichy Shower/Body Scrub all to an effective and high standard. It is clear a lot of knowledge is possessed behind the service offered. The main man Terry is very respectful and welcoming, genuine person. Suitable for effective relaxation and not for Prima donnas and want-to-be kardashians.

i loved it, i had the same voucher as mentioned before and i thought it was great. Terry is a lovely older man who knows what he is doing and is very respectful, though yes not very professional looking. I had been wanting to go to this spa for a while and i liked it
