The staff here are all very attentive and caring towards every patient. Due to the side effects of my treatment, I was experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort. I was originally scheduled for a massage treatment one day, but because I had taken painkillers, I couldn’t stop vomiting. The staff stayed with me the entire time, helping me contact the doctors and nurses in the day oncology unit. The next day, during my treatment, they even made a special effort to come and check on me, which was incredibly heartwarming. At the time, I was feeling so unwell that I didn’t recognize her, but my husband did. I’m truly so grateful.
This place is doomed. Cast of thousands, doctors, nursing staff failed to recognise acute infection in my father. Tried to be heard numerous times over the fortnight, however too many junior players not enough clinical nouse. I had hoped they would help him; he never got a chance to pass from his condition, as this dreadful place got to him first.nIn all honesty I cannot recommend this place to anyone, because our loved one was denied timely accurate care, and suffered a fate much worse than the one he went in with. Totally unacceptable on all levels. This place needs a staff shakeup, top to bottom.
One of the best wellness centres. They take care of thier patients who suffer and in their last days. Very jard for thier patients, family and staff alike.
The staff are lovely but having no tv for people in palliative care who don’t have much time left is disgraceful
