One of the best wellness centres. They take care of thier patients who suffer and in their last days. Very jard for thier patients, family and staff alike.

Just called to enquire about hospice care. The representative did not understand the difference between palliative care and hospice care and did not know if ONJ actually provide this type of care. Is it too much to expect that ONJ centre would know what services they provide

absolutely disgusting. a year ago my mum passed away from terminal cancer. i was falsely assured that she would live until my 15th birthday in may 2023, however she didn’t even make it to the end of november 2022. majority of the staff treated my dad and i with utter judgement and disrespect and they did not listen to a word my mum said. they completely neglected her wellbeing. they couldn’t even give us the time of her passing and we weren’t notified until almost an hour later, they also wouldn’t let me say my final goodbye alone either so i was forced to sit there with a doctor when all i wanted to do was be alone with my mum. genuinely the worst hospital experience i’ve ever had.
