Daughter has been admitted for Gall Bladder surgery, very attentive nurses, drs, surgeons, so greatful that's she is in the best care! We arrived in ER 3 weeks ago with my daughter suffering in pain, they immediately took action, hence today she is in surgery
I want to express my gratitude to the entire emergency room team at Austin Hospital. The level and quality of care we received was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the nursing staff and doctors were compassionate, professional, and incredibly attentive. They made sure we were as comfortable as possible, and they took the time to explain everything clearly tonus. Their kindness and expertise turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. Thank you for providing such exceptional care!
They don’t even deserve one star. Recently i really had a bad experience with this. This place doesn’t have enough staff to handle the crowd coming in. How can a nurse say there is wating time of 10 hours in an emergency unit? I brought my father there as he had a difficulty in breathing. He was coughing really badly. No one was looking into it. At one point I thought he was going to die on the chair. .After we wait for 5 hours one of the nurses said there is a wait time of another 10 hours. What is the point of going for an emergency if there is a 10 hours waiting time. They really need to work on the number of staff in the place without killing people in the emergency waiting line.
I went into ER last Saturday and the emergency staff were amazing. Then I saw the doctors and they truly cared about each patient. The nurses were nice and pathology staff were helping everyone in the waiting room. Thank you so much for making my hospital visit a pleasant one. The Doctors, nurses, pathology staff don’t get enough credit for what they do!nnThey’re angels in disguise! Thank you so much!
Shockingly bad experience!nA big thanks to the emergency nurses, they have been very helpful and friendly, but when it comes to doctors you better never need to come here.nThe situation got exponentially worse when I was transferred to the short stay. I've been treated like a parasite trying to get a bed to stay overnight like if it was pleasant to be there, and like if I decided to stay!nSpoke with 10 different people, they stay 1 minute or less, then you never see them again some extremely rude, every half an hour they asked me the same things and I had to explain to them the same thing, over and over again.nnSome were genuinely trying to understand my situation, but most of them wanted to simply kick me out.nI wasn't able to stand for the pain, they gave me as many painkiller as possible and tried to make me stand, and said ok you're good to go. I still wasn't able to put a single step in front of the othernI understand there were most serious cases than mine.nnAt the end, I entered the hospital crawling, I got out on a wheelchair and crawled into a taxi as I wasn't able to walk.nI'm still not able to walk, and even stand for the pain.nnWelcome to the third world, just with more rude doctors than in the third world.
