Well what can we say. Pass: modern reno of old hotel. BUT..... Fail: No heater in bathroom - will be very unpleasant in Bendigo autumn and winter no where to hang clothes One small cake of soap No shampoo or conditioner No hair dryer No iron Coffee and tea almost empty sugar in a recycled jar No water glasses No tissues Rate 1/10

This is nice place located in the CBD close to everything food bars, entertainment, shops lots of historical places within walking distance. This place has no staff to speak of . I could hear the cleaners but never saw anyone . This is a clean place . Only had interaction with one person upon checkin . But didn't see or talk to anyone else. There are no keys only a code to open all doors . This is the hotel of the future.

The sheets were putrid with blood stains all over the doona, the state of the room was basic and the bars on the window were an eye sore, when complaining to the staff they didn’t even. Offer to clean the room or arrange a refund for Nights that I refused to stay. Don’t not go here unless you want to catch something!!

With out doubt the worst place I have ever stayed, room was tiny, bed was hard and uncomfortable , we were staying two nights, wasn't told they only change the towels every two to three days, had to park two blocks away and then carry all our baggage to the door, no reception, had to call to get a pin code to get in then up a flight of stairs, place was very noisy during the night found it hard to sleep ,I phoned Ben about some fresh towels and was only told then how often they changed them, I told him I wasn't happy he then suggested I go elsewhere, I said I would like to go elsewhere and asked about a refund, his answer "no refunds" I wouldn't recommend that anyone stay here. Ben the person I rang about some fresh towels was very uncaring and rude. A total waste of our time and money. Not worth one star rating, we would have been more comfortable in a tent. No toaster, milk, cutlery, biscuits, breakfast bowls, hanging space, or plates in our room, ruined our weekend. Thanks for nothing Crown .

Last minute hotel booking for work at a rate of $187 per night - definitely not worth the money. Was allocated room 17, at the back of the hotel down an alley way, open glass door and pinpad entry to the room, did not feel safe as a single female. Room smelt like vomit, big wet patch at base of the bed on carpet which i assume was attempted to clean but cannot mask the unpleasant smell. Other minor flaws, open disabled shower without any screens - not favourable when you’ve worked all day looking for a comfortable shower, street parking very busy, and noisy.. all things to take into consideration. Personally highly disappointed for value for money, and would recommend staying elsewhere.
