The sushi here is nice. Nothing fancy, but good. Karage is recommended, not oleaginous like in most other places. Beef tataki should be tried! We also had oyster beef but that was just about ok. Great service but a bit pricey for the fare and the ambience - deducting a star for that
What a great place, had the oki oki spicy chicken, was yummy but not really spicy, the chicken bipinbap was nice and the beer on tap was great touch, don’t forget the edeme, price isn’t bad and staff were so friendly and nice
I had salmon which came with rice and a salad. Everything tasted really good, one of the best places I've been recently. I would have loved a slightly bigger portion of the salmon, but that doesn't take my rating down by a full star. The service was excellent, like often seems to be the case at Japanese places.
We weren't sure to try for the first time Oki Oki through an order from uber eats, but I am glad we did. We ordered chicken katsu curry on rice and some sushi [Oki oki roll and tiger roll]. Our food was really yummy and everything was carefully packed. Definitely recommended!!
Disappointing night. We ve come here twice before and had a good experience. Except for tonight. After a long working week, all we wanted to do was relax and have a nice date and imagine the disappointment just because the food is absolutely unsatisfactory. The meal i believe was $16-$17 and i got a miso ramen, it was half an egg, with 2 small thin slices of beef with so much noodles. The proportion was disappointing. This small decision that they made, just putting those 2 sad looking slices of meat on top, thinking its okay, is the moment we decided we are never eating at this place again. I asked them and they said that this was standard. To be fair they apologised, but would have appreciated if they offered something else that could compensate for it because that meal is easily equal to a pack of noodles you can cook yourself at home that would cost $5. Oh well.. what do you do

This is our local Japanese, and our absolute favourite restaurant in the area altogether. The restaurant itself always feels warm and homely. The staff are friendly and will go beyond expectations to make your dining experience great. The food has never been anything but on point. Plenty of authentically prepared Japanese meals to choose from. The price is fantastic considering the size and quality.
Really great gem of a restaurant with a very extensive menu, great staff and spot on pricing. The soft shell crab legs are particularly great, and the presentation of dishes is really a step above the standard. I've been putting off going there and that's a shame because it's a really great eatery!
Our entire family absolutely loves this restaurant! They cater for the kids beautifully both dining and take away. Service is always friendly and catering for my daughters allergies is never a problem. Highly recommend!
