Unfortunately we were seated for 30 minutes before being told they had lost our orders and would have to order again. We suspected this when all of what we had ordered went to a table near us. So we waited a very, very long time before getting food. Despite asking 3 times, I never did get that Miso soup. The quality was not as good as the other OKAMI's. The chicken very deep fried and grisly and the steak on the tough side. It's still reasonably good value, but quality could be improved a bit, as should their ordering system! Other OKAMI's are online. We were seated at the entrance to the toilet which is not ideal, but the rest of the restaurant seemed bright with a good ambiance. It's possible we got a bad table and a bad night.

Good Japanese food. I usually eat a lot, so I like to come here for the All you can eat menu, which is a good value. Not much variety though, theyll bring you salmon sashimi and you have to ask a few times for a different kind of fish. Worth a try

It's AYCE, so dont expect Japanese fine dining. Does a good job for what it is Scoopon deals are well worth it.

Extremely bad experience!!!!! Strong recommend people DONT go to the place!!!!! Service is worst in the entire planet! We went them and just sat down, and i haven’t bought the coupon yet. And just courtesy ask them if we can use the counpon, they said in a very unpleasant way: NO! They said this is the rule, no one can change it! I said can u check with your manger? They said this is the rule!!! Excused me !? Can you pls show some mannner!!!!! I haven’t bought the coupon yet mate!!!!!! Can you say it in a polite way!!! Unpleasant experience and rude service!!!!!!!!!

It was an amazing experience with okami. The food are fresh and delicious. The $29.8 deal is the best deal ever!
