Huge portions for great prices! They were very kind and flexible with our reservation for eight people when we were running late. Food came quickly and was delicious and staff were very proactive about providing takeaway containers and ensuring we had a good meal. Good variety of vegetarian options as well as seafood and different meats. We would recommend their half/half pizzas for good value.
I love Sofia, so does my family. Been a regular since 1999, that goes to show how loyal I have been. Italian food on the budget indeed, I mean the quality, quantity and the prices, you can’t go wrong with Sofia. Service has always been nice. The uncles have always been kind to us and those young waiting staffs are not bad at all. Sure, it’s not fine dining quality but I am pretty sure most customers don’t care at all. If you’re into Italian food and want to save some money. Sofia is your pick. Highly recommendable
Family-friendly restaurant in Camberwell with lots of options and plenty of seating spaces. Food arrived at our table piping hot and came out quickly. Be careful not to order too much because the portion size is huge!
This place charges about the same amount as the Italian restaurants you might find in Carlton, yet their serving sizes are ABSOLUTELY MASSIVE. Every time we'd come here, they had never skimped on the ingredients. While some of the dishes can be a bit of a hit or miss, their portion sizes still more than make up for it.nn*Update: We just had dessert, and this place is absolutely insane! For just $15, you get an entire tower of gelato, and their cake servings are also huge! Their desserts alone make it worth coming back every weekend.
Food is always delicious and the portion is massive.nPacked the left over, have it for the next day & taste is still yummy.nService from both waitstaff & owner are always make us want to comeback.
