Great service. Big open space with responsive staff. Function room upstairs is huge too for large corporate groups. Family friendly and lovely food

Really enjoyed dinner here tonight. Gnocchi was lovely and well presented. Other members at the table commented on the lack of seasoning on their dishes (though mine was perfect). One of our group ordered a 'Long island iced tea' which unfortunately was strong it was almost un-drinkable. Overall, I would probably eat here again

Went here for dinner - food was great. The environment felt cold and strict and the waitresses looked scared. The owner/manager kept pulling employees aside to have private chats in full view of customers and other employees. Waitresses seemed timid, overly friendly and motivated by fear - a very odd atmosphere to be in!

Leaning towards 2.5 stars. I'm not surprised by reading some of the negative reviews on George's. I come here every so often for an early dinner. I havn't had any problems on the wait time for food and when served it has always been well presented. The staff are generally nice but definitely not attentive - which can really change the game when you have competitors so close nearby. The wait staff are young, perhaps prodominantly students (?) ... often they group together with their hands idle...chatting and flirting. A bit inappropriate as the open plan nature of this restaurant (and when it is empty) you can see and hear their conversations and it can be rather distracting and unprofessional. The food is alright...not mindblowing. The owner has been nice.

Huge restaurant, good for large groups or dinner for two. Prompt service. Fairly good menu, meals we had weren't stand-out wow experiences, just the usual fare.
