I used to do my own oil changes but then a friend told me about these guys and boy am I glad he did! The guys are fast, knowledgeable and very good at what they do. I will be coming back with my second car in the very near future, highly recommend.

We took our car in and were very happy with the service and experience in general. The service was very fast and the staff were friendly. There were a couple of items that needed replaced on our vehicle but we were under no pressure to take any of them. In the end we decided on a plan to service what needed done at future services. We'll definitely be bringing our car back in the future.

Great customer response. When I emailed after-hours to ask a question, I got a reply surprisingly quickly! I then popped my car in to get check out the next morning, even though its a busy time (Christmas). They had a look and although they couldn't help with the particular part, they topped up my oil for free and referred me to a lovely local mechanic nearby. Will definitely go back again. Really nice guys :)

Very poor customer service from the Duty Manager. Website and signs on their door says they close at 1pm on Saturday, but staff leave 10 mins early if not busy! I was told it was my fault for not calling ahead after I arrived at 12:50pm. While the offer was reluctantly made to change the oil, I this was only offered after I mentioned I would speak with the owner on Monday about the poor customer service. Maybe the poor customer experience is the reason you’re not very busy? Still, it gave me a chance to try out Oil Express, who incidently also close at 1pm. Despite arriving at 12:55pm, they were extremely helpful, even going as far as changing a park light bulb at no extra cost. I know where all my fleet will be going from now on. The only saving grace for oil changers Dunedin was the young guy working. He looked very embarrassed at the response of the duty manager. Give him a promotion! Sack the rest.
