I took my car for service, all good, and they detected the spark plugs were worn off, they called me to let me know and replaced them right away. So far, I'm happy with AA.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Significant delay the day I took my car in that I was only told about when I arrived. Perhaps a call ahead I  these cases would be good?

Very disappointed. The worst customer service I've ever experienced and tried to rip my partner off. Not happy. Will definitely not be back and not recommend anyone here.
