Awesome service and people. Always going the extra mile.
Called up just now with a few questions about window regulators. The guy gave genuine honest advice and listened to what I had to say. They weren’t at all just trying to sell me on their service. Really refreshing and I am very impressed with the service even though I was never a customer. I will be coming here if I ever need your services.
Went in for minor windshield repair. Great quick and friendly service All done immediately, they had all my detail so arranged the insurance. Absolutely trouble free. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service. Screen ordered on the phone while out of town. Dropped off the car when it had arrived. Fitted and ready to go later same day.
Had business with Novus Dunedin four times now, always quoted the cheapest price for windows on any occasion in Dunedin. Recently had a massive chip in front wind screen, which Pete kindly repaired straight away so that it didn't get any bigger even though they were very clearly busy at the time. Staff lovely, could not recommend more.
So helpful - after an awful experience at smith and smith I rang novus and got my insurance claim transferred and it was sorted in a few days and since then have taken other vehicles there and always been great service
