I just want to take a moment to recognise Juan for his outstanding customer service. Every time I come in, he is always extremely helpful, patient, and professional. He goes out of his way to assist customers, making sure they find what they need and leaving them with a positive experience.nnDuring my last visit, I witnessed another employee unfairly yelling at Juan. It was completely uncalled for, especially in front of customers, and the other employee kept rolling her eyes and making faces, and he absolutely did not deserve it. Despite the situation, Juan remained calm, professional, and continued helping customers with the same friendly attitude. His ability to handle such a moment with grace and professionalism truly stood out to me.nnEmployees like Juan make a business worth coming back to. He deserves to be recognized for his hard work and the respect he shows to customers. Thank you, Juan, for always providing excellent service!
I visited Officeworks in Punchbowl today to create and print an alphabet booklet for my nieces, and Juan was incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. He made the process easy and ensured everything turned out perfectly. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the store is often understaffed, which usually leads to longer wait times.
This has got to be the most under staffed store. Considering they removed the one in Greenacre, it's now busier. One person at the print and copy station with a line of 8 people.nOne employee at the cashier with a line through the store. It's always like this. I don't understand why management doesn't staff more people to help their customers.
Disgusting ServicennWasn’t the way it used to be a couple years ago. The past two years it’s gone down hill. The staff used to be amazing and helpful.nYou wait 40 minutes to an hour for printing to be told they can’t do the rest after printing 1 sheet only because it’s past 9pm & she got a phone call saying her ride is here to pick her up !! I only needed 14 more copies. The second she got that phone call she turned the printers off before it even hit 9pm.nThe old lady manager was yelling and very rude when I voiced my concerns.nNever enough staff, I waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the tech section to ask them a few questions about an ipad to be told “ I don’t know “ to every question.nStaff need customer service lessons ASAP.
Wasted 40 minutes in line just to tell the staff that the self serve printer was out of paper. Understaffed, printers were jammed in the print section. Just chaotic. Don't come here if you need to print something quickly
