Convenient for printing documents via the multiple self service kiosks located on the right after the entrance. Purchase a payment card in order to pay for the prints. Good thing they are enabling EFTPOS in the near future so that customers do not have to purchase separate card just for the printing payment. Extra amount available on the printing payment card can be encash at the cash registers. Each black and white page costs 8 cents regardless of full page or just a few words. There are multiple options to get the documents whether via USB drive or easiest would be emailing the printer.
Old mate busy dusting while there is a line up of 20 people and only one person on register. Just as long as the store is dust free. Don’t worry about serving.
I am reading reviews of this Officeworks,many negative. But I was there today and i was very pleased with the way staff,one in particular, treated me.She was extremely helpful and i got the photos and copies and enlargements done exactly like i wanted,reasonably quickly as well.Despite the store being very very busy.I did not have to wait too long . I was impressed with the customer service overall. Even at the checkout. By the way ,i was not even sure they could do what i needed ,but they did, despite a few small problems but this staff member persisted and i got a good result as well for minimal price. I am surprised at some of these negative reviews. Thank you Officeworks.
Milan was especially helpful and patient with my warranty request and took his time to ensure my monitor was working before leaving the store. It is rare to have to have good customer service in Sydney these days so I appreciate it. Thanks again.
Self serve photo printing is such a painful process. Half the machines don't read USBs and the photo printer malfunctions. I think I will need a cigarette after this experience and I don't even smoke.
I don’t usually write reviews of this nature but couldn’t help but go out of my way to comment on Layla A’s service and assistance today at the Punchbowl store. Layla was extremely helpful and patient with me as I had an extensive list of requirements for my office, some of which were quite technical. Layla displayed a clear passion in customer service and I hope that I continue bumping into such respectful, wonderful people who show initiative. Punchbowl Officeworks - I hope you’re doing what you can to retain this employee.
Today my intention was to have an A0 sized poster printed, unfortunately, Punchbowl store did not have that available today. Instead I chose A1 and had it laminated to give it some stability to use as a sign, even then it was still not stiff enough so I got a frame to give me what I needed. The staff at the print counter were under the hammer, but the person serving me stuck with the job until it was complete - thank you, I really appreciate it.
Disgraceful customer service. +1 hr wait for one photo which I never got in the end. “customer service” reps ignore you for 45 minutes and then call you a liar when you gave them the receipt 10 minutes ago. between the self service print machines not working/not even turned on, staff laziness and refusal to do any work whatsoever, appalling attitude and refusal to hand you over to a manager I would be total embarrassed if I were the manager. Trust me, go somewhere else. 1 start out of 100 would be kind.
Absolutely no customer service, waited 15minutes in a queue and was then told they couldn't do what I needed. If you have a store that large get staff to work so the customers are served in a timeline manner. Very unprofessional, for a company of your size. And when I asked for the manager was told he was out the back, but then another staff member tells me his in a meeting. Do you guys not communicate in case someone wants to speak to a manager or a second in charge. JUST RIDICULOUS......
Absolutely appalling customer service. Staff avoid eye contact when you need help and mess around chatting with each other like school kids. When I finally tracked one down to ask directly for help, they just said no to my face. All I needed was a replacement monitor for my existing one that stopped working. I raced out in my lunch break, and then wasted a full 15 minutes before I could even get one person to assist. Wouldn't even have needed assistance if they stocked their shelves properly. When I told the staff member that I had to get back to work in a hurry, he just shrugged and said to come back later. So disgusted by this. It's not unreasonable to expect that staff at a store would assist with basic inquiries, especially when their disorganisation is the reason customers can't just help themselves.
