The standard of customer service exhibited by the staff falls markedly short of expectations. Rather than embodying a demeanor of genuine hospitality and attentiveness, there exists an air of entitlement, as though patrons are obligated to fulfill their needs. Such a mentality undermines the essence of service-oriented professions, where cordiality and professionalism should prevail.
Good to be able to send documents to print from own device or at home. However, can be quite busy when going into store and using self serve printers. Sometimes have to wait for a while as there's only 2 machines I think.
Some of the staff members were not professional at all. They just walk around and not willing to help even if we ask. Staff members need to be well trained…Terrible experience
I visited on Christmas Eve and the store was in fine condition. Easy to maneuver through the aisles with the floor stock and end of aisles. I needed to get specific items and they had everything but 2 particular items.nI noticed the store was in full stock but repeated items spread out in bulk to fill specific places, to look full and tidy.nThe team were very friendly and helpful. I met 'that guy's that knew where everything was. The people greeter was polite and sweet.nCovid signage is placed about and there is sanitizer as you enter and more located at points of contact.nI managed to buy more then I came for like Bunnings lol.nThey prefer cashless payments.nWheelchair friendly in and out of the store.
Manager is poo poo kicked me out of the store cuz apparently I was taking to long to shop even though I was price matching -69/10
