Good to be able to send documents to print from own device or at home. However, can be quite busy when going into store and using self serve printers. Sometimes have to wait for a while as there's only 2 machines I think.
Went in to Officeworks on 29th January 2024, to have some leaflets and business cards to be printed, and the business cards had to be gilitened. I placed an order to collect today.nI said to the girl, “shouldn’t you write that on the order”. She said “I will be doing it and I will remember “.nWent to collect today at 5pm, and the gilitening was not done.nNow we have to go back tomorrow to collect them, and we needed them at 4am morning. Hoping that what we have will be enough.nWe are regular customers and the service has been terrible since COVID.
Great variety, good prices, helpful staff. Had all the things i was looking for.
One of the girls at the printing section. Directed the old couple to use the self-service printer despite only them & me in the queue. I finished printing & did window shopping. Around 10 minutes later, the couple were still sorting out the printer. I asked them to go to the counter. There was already a queue with 5-6 people waiting by then. The girl could have served them & be done in 5 minutes or less - standing & walking is quite an effort for them oldies.
Amazing!had everything I wanted and never runs out when I need it!
