I went to Officeworks Mackay & needed assistance to print a very important document. As I'm not very tech savvy, I asked for assistance. Sophie helped me print my document. Sophie was professional, helpful, friendly & served me with a smile. Excellent customer service from a very nice young lady. Thank you Sophie.
Got really helpful advice from the employee Jarvis on printers before I bought one. Very knowledgeable on brands for printers and inks. He deserves a raise.
I always find the staff very helpful when I’m in the store - but I live out of town and now SHOCK HORROR - the phone does not answer…but tries to shuffle you off to dead ends all over the place!! That sort of customer service is not to be recommended.
Absolutely a joke the lady at the front door harrasing you as you walk in has no idea of product or where anything is. Never shop there again
