They all stand around at the door and all separately ask what you are seeking but dont actually serve you. It also felt like they wanted to frisk me in and out. One staff member doing nothing simply seemed to want to sneer. Cashier was fine but the rest had attitude issues.

What is it that we have to pay for wrapping. Please don't tell me that it's best for the environment. What if I fell down at your shop stores exit because I could not handle all the items I had brought and had permanent damage. Your court cost would far exceed the saving made on cost cutting on wrapping. Today's retail business experience has a lot to be desired. Bring back to good old days that service was everything.

Went to Officeworks today and as much as I love Officeworks it drives me insane going there when you have staff members look at you see you need help and then talk amongst themselves. ( customer service employees with no customer service)

What delightful service attendants we had the privilege of being served by Rodney the computor man was so helpful and taught me more in five minutes than i have known before, and he answered each question with knowledge and i would not hesitate to buy from your store,also a delightful lady helped me with an interstate licence photo and i was deeply touched by both help tasks i am nearly 70 and have often found less help well done i hope your store continues along these lines you cant help but achieve great results Sue

Worse ofgice works u have been too service is rude i think i will buy in Wollongong next time as least Wollong has great customer service
