Quality service. Low prices.

On a positive note, I have shopped here for years and always found the selection and service excellent.  A recent visit proved these attributes to be unchanged.  However, I have to take issue with the products.
I purchased a Riser for a Lap Top and should have checked the weight restrictions as it slowly sinks down under the weight of my average sized laptop.  I have fixed it with a block of wood to stop the sinking down.  Also purchased an inexpensive keyboard and was assured that there was an indicator to show when the Caps Lock was on, but there isn't.  This is my first lose lose purchase, in all the years, so on an average I am doing well.
