Over the last 9 months of regular visits to Officer Post Office, I have found the staff to be knowledgeable, hard working, and professional. A number of times, staff members have gone above and beyond to assist me, for which I am grateful. I enjoy my visits to this Post Office and would highly recommend them to our local community.

Poor Staff delivery they put my collection notice in the wrong PO box and then handed over my parcel to wrong person. then were no help with finding my parcel. only with my own follow up with third parties was i able to get them to look at ctv footage to see who had collected the parcel they had blamed every one but themselves until i had the parcel back and guess what they had received  it and it was addressed correct !!! and to top it of it was opened.Well done Officer PO thanks for nothing Richard C

They are the worst staff here. Store is pretty small and often customers are lined up for 10 min or longer

I understand you open from 9-5 but I got there at 5.00 on the dot and your sign was up and two ladys on there mobile phone behind the counter rudely just looking at me knowing I wanted to pick up my parcel. Very hard when I work a 9-5 job myself. Not happy!
