I was waiting for my parcel today.i stayed home just for that..delivery guy DIDNT knock on the door or ring the bell..he just put the parcel in front of the door..luckily i saw the parcel later.neveryone could easily see and take it..this is not the first time.my other parcel got lost and auspost didnt take any responsibility. .there is a big plant pot there he can put next to the pot.it will be more safe..
Hands down, the worst post office I've ever encountered. The service is absolutely awful, and the delivery staff are the laziest, and most dishonest I've ever even heard of. It's so bad, I started looking for hidden TV cameras, surely nobody is this bad unless it's on purpose? For almost twenty years I've had the misfortune to fall within their domain and they've been consistently awful.

Staff are ridiculous. Every-time I’ve been here to get passport stuff done they always come up with some reason not to process it, they aren’t helpful at all and are really judgemental. Won’t come here anymore.
Worst joint possible. Wanted to pick up a package but can’t use a picture of photo ID. Lady behind the counter needs to learn to shut her mouth. She needs to be fired, feral attitude, disrespectful and disgusting. Absolute disgrace.
