Poor customer service by the staff. Have tried twice to submit passport application for child but application is not accepted. They should advise about all the issues in the application at one visit and not that every time book an appointment with them they find a new issue in the application. Hard to apply for passport, forget about when they process and deliver. The passport application staff need to be given more training by AusPost.
Karen's post office Extremely poor customer service. Staff is very unprofessional and lack manners. Lady serviced us was very agitated and abrupt. Do disappointed Officer post office is 100 times better then Pakenham.
It is so so......bad experience service from this post. If you can, pls do not choose this one. I have a parcel delivered on this Thursday and the mail address is my office, I worked all day in my office and the door is open all day, they told me fail to deliver. And what is worth, they didn’t tell me to collect my parcel by myself and just resend my parcel to the sender on Friday. Shocked!!!!! When I contacted the post service and they just told me the post made a mistake and didn’t give me any solution. My product on my parcel is out of stock. Now I am frustrating and so bad bad experience. Don’t choose this post service if you can.
This is the worst post office I've ever had to deal with. They don't even deliver your parcels and they don't leave you a notification that the parcel is waiting at the post office. I had one parcel I was waiting for being sent back to the US and another that didn't arrive. Now I'm waiting on another and I just got some tracking advice and it's been sitting at the post office since July 14th waiting for me to pick it up. Now I have to take time off work to go pick it up. I will see if they have lost it like they have done with other parcels when I get there. Truly a mark against Australia Post for letting this happen.
My review is purely for CHAM….she is so professional and I got my money back within a week which was stuck with western union for 6 weeks. I was going back and forth but with no success but then CHAM took over and everything was solved within one week…CHAM kept me updated over the phone..very professional 10/10
Very very Disappointed customer service i’ve ever been at this area. I will never go back there ever. If there’s zero star i will give a million zero stars… fix the way you served your customers!!
Disgusting customer service would never actually go her endless for collection on parcels absolutely a waste of space and I wish they would make it easier for collection as people wait in line for half and hour for the staff to be rude and inconsiderate Hate hate hate this place
Considering the volume of letters and parcels , yes I had to wait to be served but they did an excellent job. Maybe the fault lies with the van drivers sub contractors. If they deliver the parcel properly maybe the post office won't be under the pump as much. Congrats staff well done dec 2021.
I went to collect a package at the 117 main street address, waited a long time in the queue only to be told that package collection was not from the shop but out the back of the building. The woman berated me,asked me how long had I been in Pakenham to that I should have gone to the rear collection point. I was really annoyed about being treated like that and I believe that the card advising of the post office address should show "collection at rear", not just 117 Main street, Pakenham.
We choose to not do our business at the Pakenham Post Office and instead travel to Nar Nar Goon. Staff at Pakenham are rude and unhelpful. Entering that shop, you don't feel welcome, and you feel like a trouble. Always a long, slow moving line, and if you want to be greeted by the most apathetic souls you'll ever find, this is the place for you. I find it pretty amazing that across the board, it's almost as if they've been trained to care the least amount, and provide the least amount of service possible.
