I am so happy that Ian was first recommended to me when I was suffering from a frozen shoulder. I had been to other professionals but with little or no results. I generally don't write reviews, but this man deserves a bucket load of them. 13 years ago I was recommended to see Ian for help with sport and work related injuries for myself & my son. Ian has a very unique understanding of the way our bodies move. His in-depth knowledge of tissue and fascia allow him to understand how your body works and what it needs to get the maximum gains. His technique involves relatively small movements that allow the body to release tension and gain more movement. I am still amazed at what seem like such simple movements can achieve. When I first met Ian I was unable to raise my hands above my shoulders and was told I would need surgery on both shoulders. Through Ian’s treatment I now have full motion in both my shoulders. I cannot recommend Ian highly enough.
Ian is a life-changer!! Personally after having a number of odd problems due to complications with a massive fibroids operation, smashing my MCL & PCL snowboarding, and years of running… I needed some serious re-adjustments that weren’t even picked up elsewhere let alone addressed! I can’t even go through the incredible influence he had on my father… changing his situation from being close to osteoporosis… to almost the complete opposite! Ian is amazing … if you’re lucky enough to get him one on one, trust him, let him do his work as a body magician!!
