The day I discovered Berni at Bern Pilates Studio my life changed. Berni has helped my body become the best it can be. After Berni’s classes I feel energised and always stand a little taller. My posture has improved and I have discovered a strength in my body I never knew I had. Berni is a complete professional and her Physiotherapist approach ensures a precise technique for every exercise. She will also challenge you in the full knowledge of what your body is capable of. Bern Pilates and Physiotherapy Studio is a peaceful haven. I can’t praise Bern Pilates highly enough.
I tried most mat/floor Pilates studios in the Noosa area and Bern Pilates is the best! Berni is knowledgeable, inspiring and supportive. No two classes are the same - good whole body workouts. Fun too!

Having back and neck problems, I have attended various Pilates studios over the past few years. Whilst previous instructors have been helpful, Berni from bernpilates is on a different level. Being a Physiotherapist, Berni has been able to source where my pain is coming from and devise targeted exercises to help. Berni is a lovely person too - she is as caring as she is knowledgeable and I’m so pleased to have found her. Thank you Berni!
I’ve been doing Pilates with Berni for almost four years. I’ve had other instructors in the past, but Berni is a cut above. Her background as a physio gives her extraordinary insight and knowledge of human anatomy. She has the uncanny ability to pinpoint just exactly where a problem lies or where an exercise can be improved and can adapt her teaching to suit all levels of ability. And her kindness, compassion and patience are amazing.
A dynamic, professional and fun Pilates Studio in Noosa! Berni is an experienced and caring instructor who listens to our bodies needs and adapts each workout accordingly. We leave feeling healthier, fitter and 2 inches taller! We highly recommend this studio for all your pilates needs.
I have been seeing Bernie for awhile now and find her classes very rewarding I find it helps my body as with my job it can be very tiring and sore.Bernie does a lot of different exercises for any part of my body. I have been to see Candace as well and the exercises that she recommends help as well .She is very informative in what she does and recommends. I find both Bernie and Candace friendly and good at there jobs.
Besides being so beneficial for my health and well being, pilates with Berni at Bern Pilates is always fun. Berni has a wonderful way of explaining and teaching to get the best results. I can't imagine not including pilates in my exercise regime and I can't imagine going anywhere else than Bern Pilates, she really is the best.
I have been a regular client if Bernie’s for several years, for her mat classes and more recently studio class for rehabilitation of an injured shoulder. The different classes offer a wide variety of challenges. Bernie has a demonstrable empathy for the varied abilities and varied needs of her clients. I expect to attend Bernie’s classes for many more years.
I have been going to Bern Pilates for nearly 10 years, and have never tired of the routines that Bernie has put me through. Constantly pushing her clients to their limit, she comes up with new ideas, varied classes and latest techniques,to improve all aspects of personal health and fitness, regardless of age. And she is such a wonderful person in herself. I can't recommend her highly enough.
