We had the most welcoming, professional and friendly experiences at this medical centre today. Sue (administration) was incredibly sweet and obliging. Our doctor was just the loveliest, caring, genuinely interested and so gentle with our 2.5 year old little boy who spends a lot of time at doctors and in hospitals. The centre was impeccably clean and neat and we were seen on time as per our appointment. Highly recommend.

Really friendly, I walked in and got soon an appointment, which is really good but unfortunately not normal. The doctor was friendly and asked many questions. The whole team is friendly.

We were visiting the area and our daughter needed to see a doctor. At other doctors We were told "no new patients". Ochre staff were very welcoming and the doctor was lovely. Thanks so much.

Receptionists very helpful and kind.  Went out of their way to help.  Would highly recommended this practice.  I saw Dr Zhan, and he was amazing.

Highly do not recommend, prescribed me the wrong medication on separate occasions and bad customer service.
