Stayed here for a work trip and it was a great stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming and spoke good English if you need that. The location is great, just a short walk to bars and restaurants and the room was a good size. It had almost everything I needed with the exception of an iron and ironing board but that was a minor detail. The pool and gym are small but perfectly useable and the breakfast was very tasty. Would definitely stay again.
Great experience and amazing value for the money. Great location right in center of town and walking distance to major shopping and restaurants. Spacious and very clean rooms with waterfall waterfall showers and towel heaters/robes. Upscale but not stuffy or gaudy. Staff very friendly. Make sure to call and reserve parking spot in advance if you’re driving.
We stayed 2 nights with our dog during the heat wave few weeks ago. Well, the air condition isn’t great to deal with those high temperature but it could have been worst. Anyway, the staff is GREAT, helpful, nice, professional. Special thanks to the concierge, bar woman and cleaning lady !!! The room was nice, quite big and clean. It was a deluxe room and it worst the price. This hotel is really in the center of Tours and very easy to access the highway from it. I would come again. Thanks again ! And good job PS: no sleepers, no mini bar, wifi is meh, but the rest was totally fine. I have been to 5* hotels without a better service than here

This is a beautiful classic hotel. The staff strive to please and the rooms are nice. Some things are a little outdated, however this is a very minor concern. The staff was very accommodating and their integrity is unquestionable.Rooms: 3/5
Our stay here was made even better due to the gentleman at the front desk, Xavier, who answered all our questions and issues cheerfully, thoroughly and professionally. We opted for an upgraded room, I believe it is called Executive class, which was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. Couple of issues that were overcome but might bother others: the AC wasn’t working it was cool outside and our room didn’t face a street so we opened the window, the in-room coffee machine was broken we got coffee from the restaurant and the WiFi was painfully slow.
Very nice place! There is no 5 star hotel in Tours but this is not far from it in terms of experience. The reception service is really 5 star, very good and correct, though only one person working at the desk so might be a waiting time if there is a lot of people at the same time, but that wasn't the case for us. The maids are truly nice and speak English which is very unusual! We stayed in an executive room that we really liked and the only improvements I can think of is that there is no minibar the room and no proper glasses for drinking other than plastic cups. Even if you don't plan to stay you should visit the place, it's really beautiful!
The rooms were beautiful! The bed was huge and firm. The toilet was a separate room, the shower was awesome, with two heads, the service and concierge was very polite and helpful. There are ceiling to floor windows in each room, very nice. I didn't get to use the pool or jacuzzi but they both looked very nice.
Beautiful hotel right in the center of tours. Generously sized rooms with modern design and well thought out arrangements. Parking is reasonably priced and convenient. Pool, hot tub, and sauna are top notch. We greatly enjoyed our stay. If there was one criticism, it'd be to have some gluten free options for breakfast. Will stay again!
I absolutely loved the hotel. I fully appreciate how the resources in the room are re-usable ex. the card for who cleaned the room, opportunity to re-use towels, etc. The self-service vending machine was helpful to get refills of water. Last, the hammam and pool were a very much appreciated resource during the hot weather.
