Absolutely horrible customer service. You need to consider hiring more staff if you are “too busy” to assist people in their quotes, but I imagine you are “too busy” looking at the $$ you make by not putting in enough staff.  I went in and asked for a quote, Madonna scoffed at my travel plans asking “why” I want to do that… we’ll it is none of your business, love. Then never actually sent the quote. After  4 days of waiting, I called to check on the progress of the quote to be told to go book with another company.  Do not bother with this shop.

For great customer  service & travel bookings you cannot go past HELLOWORLD. Hubby & I just booked our trip to Singapore and Breeanna gave us the best price on the coast,  very good selection of brochures Good on you HELLOWORLD will recommend you to our friends.

Madonna and her team are amazing. We have been dealing with Madonna for at least 10 years and have always had excellent service especially on our ltrip to Malaysia in November 2019 when my husband was admitted to hospital and our travel arrangements home had to be changed. Highly recommend them for hassle free travel.
