Please becareful with this company, You don't get what you pay for. They mess up your booking. I saw a special promotion for the cruise to South Pacific , you get Balcony with Ocean view price. So I call them up to book for 4 Cabins with Balcony and all the same deck in deck 11 at the middle.  Before I made payment I did confirm with the Consultant name Jessica Pere all the room are with Balcony but after I get confirmation letter, I was so shocking, it's becoming 2 Balcony and  2 Ocean view and locat on different deck too.. I called Jessica to help me to fix the problem but I was told it's sold out, they didn't do anything for me. Do you think it's fair.

If I can do 0 star I will. They mess up my booking.  I get lower grade then what I paid for. So please beautiful before your booking,  you will waste a lot of time to talk on the phone but the problem still can't be solved.

I have two 241 certificates.  I was told I could pay over $300 to extend them by three years.  First lie.  It would be extended one year. So, I get on their website and so many times, it said the advertised cruises were sold out. So I got onto their chat button. Nearly an hour later and they haven't answered one question. I was happy to try, but like the original offer, I believe they do not offer anything really. I just wanted to compare prices. From what I can see on their website, most cruises are nearly double the price of what I can buy on other websites and once you include all the taxes etc, it is double.

Went to book 4 balcony cabins on a cruise, they gave us 2 balcony and 2 seaside view. Scammer

This is a scam. Two 4 One and 365 vacation is all a scam. Do not sign a contract with these fake people. They will continue to take money off you without your permission. Do your research.

Employees are numbers and high turnovers, products can be of quality but operate with a majority of clientele coming from the cold/ warm calling, you clicked a link to win a holiday  and next minute you receive that not to be missed phone call.

The worst customer relations ever , took just under 6 mths from time of refund offer to receive it , kept getting the same story originally told 8 to 10 weeks due to the amount of refunds ,   but after that told tge same again , told they will send an email  ,  very high staff turnover,,     don't trust them I don't.
