Awesome place to stay. Our daughter was so happy in the water park. The food was great at the restaurant. They do happy hour at the bar. Other guests were really friendly as were staff. Special shout out to Chloe at the front desk who was extremely helpful when we wanted to make a change to our booking. This gave us good vibes from the moment we arrived.
Mixed review, check-in was a strict 2pm - arrived at 1.50 and told to wait until 2 even though the room was ready. Seriously.. very petty and never seen that enforced before, quite rude as well.. Restaurant food and service was great however. Rooms were fine. Playground was locked still at 8am and our kid couldn't play not near accommodation so no idea why. All round poor experience.
Great family friendly accommodation close to beach and shops . Dining on-site. Lovely gardens and pool area.nThe Water Park was under maintenance during our visit . Due to reopen soon.nBreakfast was lovely . Full buffet available.nCorridors are in need of a paint , but that is the only negative I have to say.nThis will definitely be my go to on my next trip to QLD.
We stayed here for 2 nightsnNot the cleanest place we have stayed innCockroaches in the room and a nest eggs on the curtains. The curtains need replacing as well as some had been pulled down. It’s good for young kids with the splash park and giant pillownThe putt putt is badly looked after and has loose bricks everywherenBreakfast was good although not much room to move with everyone coming at the same time.nIt’s great location wise not too far from the beachnOne of the splash parks main section was closed for some reason and there was no reason why.
My daughter Granddaughter and I had a lovely break. The rooms were fresh and clean. Warm and an extra blanket. The water park was great for my granddaughter. The restaurant served a beautiful Lamb Shank. Big serve.nA great stay and we will be back on my next vacation on sunny coast.nPolite staff. Recommend this Resort.
