Oak Road Estate

I've bought from Oak Road a few times and been very happy with the quality/value proposition. The staff are knowledgeable and their recommendations always taste better than the price suggests it should. They sell wine from $6 a bottle to Penfolds Grange, surprisingly enough the $6 bottles won't taste as good. I'm sure if I tried every bottle DanM's they'd be a few duds

This is the worst wine company I have ever used. I ordered 3 cases for an event which was 10 days away and 2 of the 3 cases took 15 days to be delivered due to an Australia Post issue. Originally they said it should only take between 2 to 7 days for them to be delivered. The 3rd case took 17 days. Bizarre they were sent separately in the first place. Customer service was apologetic, but refused to make up for their unreliability. In the end, these wines didn't feature at the event anyway. The Paradise Creek Sav blank for $89 was very hard to drink. I'm thinking about sending them back, however I guess you get what you pay for. Therefore will be very reluctant to use Oak Road ever again, unless the other two cases can impress.

THEY NEVER STOP CALLING! I am actually amazed at how they continue to call and call over and over! I bought wine once maybe twice YEARS ago! I’ve told them I’m pregnant, I’ve told them I’m not interested, I told them I don’t like their wine and THEY STILL CONTINUE TO CALL. Be warned- you will be signing on for constant harassment. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME

So happy I found this place after a friend told me about it. The staff really know their stuff, great wine and good prices. keep it up
