I have always used O'Hara Super Air for my air conditioners. This year, I chose to take advantage of their Winter Servicing Discount. The customer service from both office staff and tradesmen was exceptional. They were very prompt with responding to all of my concerns. Overall, very good experience. I would definitely recommend the team at O'Hara's!

I've rung Fujitsu and was referred to O'Hara. As I had problems with 3 aircons - one sprayed a mist, one is VERY loud and one doesn't turn off and on, I contacted you.
I am NOT happy about the fact that I was NEVER told by you that I'll still have to pay a call-out fee if it was found that it is not a warranty job. 

And receiving a non-itemsed invoice is not acceptable.
