They had my machine for 11mths. Initially dropped it in for a service and they advised it needed a part to fix someth8ng, which I was happy for them to do. No communication from them, I was always chasing them and then two weeks ago was told he couldn't fix it. No customer service. Never will go there again. And no that isn't a typo yes 11 MONTHS........ Appalling!
