Use Andrew, he’s Professional, Trustworthy & Reliable Andrew from the start was very honest and gave me all the information I needed to understand where my house would sit in the market. I was a client that had little idea of the value of the market, but once he explained what he thought we could achieved, I held him to that expectation. He delivered and some and I was very happy in our outcome. My experience with Andrew was very genuine, very reliable and I felt very comfortable every step of the way to the sale. Andrew͏ made the selling process seamless I have both purchased & sold property with Andrew & can honestly say he made the whole process easy. Andrew has a calm & easy going nature - he is not at all pushy & I felt he was honest at all times about where the market was at. From my experience, Andrew Guerin was crucial to the successful sale of my property in Langy and O'Brien Real Estate were very easy to work with. Andrew was impressive to me from the get go. He's not your typical RE agent who just tells you everything he thinks you want to hear. He was very clear and concise about what the market was doing at the time of my sale and was spot on with his suggested price range and strategy. I ultimately sold my property in under a fortnight for a good amount over what I was willing to accept and his negotiating skills on my behalf were first class.
