The glass specialists. Excellent service and communication The wonderful staff at O'Brien kept me informed on my windscreen on back order. Gave me the most convenient time to fit into my busy schedule... Saturday appointment was ideal. Jose outlined potential problems on my windscreen install. Sorry guys but absolutely woeful service all round. Don’t waste your time, Money or breath with this company. First contact 17 September. Booked in for replacement windscreen for Audi A5 on 4 October, car left all day as requested on 4 October. On collection, told, sorry don’t have screen yet, tried to call, maybe later in month, Then received no further contact so I call, middle of November, told, sorry, maybe end of November??. No calls no contact, garbage service and excuses re unable to obtain replacement windscreen. Over 2 months and still counting. Extremely disappointing and poor service. Now been 3 months. After contacting them again today 7 December 2022, I was told, sorry, we forgot to confirm order with supplier in September........ Have just re ordered, maybe another 3-6 weeks. Really, what business should be able to run like that......... Once again, steer clear of this business unless you wish to grow old waiting for them to do the job they advertise.Service: Auto windshield replacement
They came out on time. Warned me that it may crack further. I felt I had no choice but to continue. I have no clue! I needed the chip repaired & they're supposed to be the specialist & 1 of the best!? I got it repaired. 2 days later, the crack started extending beyond the repair! I told them. They were excellent, they reimbursed me. I was later told by someone in the industry that a crack beyond 2cm should not be 'patched/ repaired' I don't know what to think or believe!
All good, new windshield for the work van. The service was professionally done and friendly team. The lead time to get the new glass two weeks was a bit of a pain, but they made up for the delay with excellent customer service.
Lost a windscreen on the M1. Called the insurer and after lots of "dial this" menus got to the O'Brien staff. Call centre was Aussie base - 100 bonus points for that. Appointment was made for the next day Sat. The installer was excellent - fast, polite, friendly and kept me updated as to his arrival.. This is exactly what customer service is all about. Excellent customer service, very efficient staff, the owner was very friendly O'Brien's at Nerang has a very comfortable waiting area, with a free Nespresso coffee machine including biscuits, big screen TV comfortable lounge. After they replaced my windscreen they had all the equipment there on site to recalibrate the safety warning camera and adaptive cruise control on my Toyota Corolla Hybrid.
OMG What a joke. Ring the 1800 number on the web site - wait 12.5 mins to get answered. In this time i used works phone to call Novus and Premier windscreens both in Nerang and had a price on the spot. O'Brien's price was 50% more than these quotes from their competitors less than 600 meters away.
Absolutely outstanding, my insurance company transferred me straight through, the guys booked my car in, windscreen was replaced, cameras recalibrated, the only thing I had to do was sign on completion, the staff at Nerang could not be nicer, the site is super clean with a nice aircon waiting room, very high level of customer service, something that is very rare now, I was very pleasantly surprised.Service: Auto windshield replacement

The team did a great job. Replacing my windscreen. They were ready at the appointment time and complete the job in the timeframe suggested. There was a issue with the automatic wipers which they rechecked and reset the sensor unfourtantly to no avail. A genuine manufacturer screen was ordered to solve the issue, there was no debate about replacing the screen . A couple of weeks later the new screen installed, the wiper issue solved and I was on my way. Thanks for taking the time to resolve what seems to be a problem that should not occur , there's no noticeable difference between the the two windscreens except for the cars manufacturer logo
