Amazing service, everything was very streamlined and easy. They had everything organized for me, plus the staff are super friendly. Definitely would recommend this company to friends and family. They made the repair process very easy after someone crashed into me. Thanks again!

The only impressive thing was they were on time for the assessment and surrounds and front office staff were very good. My assessment was done the assessor was going to call me re this. NEVER HEARD another word so assumed all was being repaired, not so! I was completely surprised when my car was handed over to me. Had I known I was coming down with Covid when I collected my car I would NOT HAVE GONE TO COLLECT IT The rest is history. MOST DISSATISFIED half a job and even that in my opinion was not finished as there are still scratches from where the garage door fell. MORE WHEN I FEEL WELL by end of week. Would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY NOR RECOMMEND IN A FIT. They in my opinion were MOST DISHONEST re the repairs. BEWARE!! In my humble opinion

NRMA insurance referred me onto these guys to repair the front of my car after being hit. They did an amazing job and my car looked brand new when I got her back!! Amazing services and everything was explained to me. They even dropped me off and picked me up from the rental car place down the road. After being hit by a Council Bus my Insurer sent me to a Panel Beater who told me cant assess your car until next month and if approved it would not be able to be repaired until mid December at the earliest this was not acceptable I then went to Somerville Smash they accessed the car there and then came back to me that day with a definite date when parts etc would be there two weeks later I dropped the car of Friday morning was dropped of at Avis car was finished Tuesday as promised was duly picked up at Avis and dropped of at my car absolute no fuss.
