Replaced windscreen under insurance. From time of the incident to replacement was less than 24 hours. Sameed who was the tech was first class and super professional. Very friendly and explained everything. Repair done at home. The whole process from claim to repair was just first class. Thank you.
My grandparents recent approached O’Brien for a quote regarding a new windscreen for their car. They received a quote for over $800 which was outrageous. When they stated as much they were casually told, “oh just $600 is fine then.” They went on their way thank goodness and approached other places for quotes. All of which were no more than $450. It disgusts me that your employee/s would so blatantly rip off an elderly couple. Not to mention the general lack of manners and service they received during their visit.

Very poor service from the office lady - took 20 min to get served then didn't want to help at all.
Offered to do our wipers at the same time which saved us one job.
You fitted the wrong windscreen to my bro's car and it leaks also you left parts disconnected You have to fix it under consumer law but that's not the point. If you're going to do a job do it right the first time Warning to others who look at these reviews Save yourself time, money, and the hassle and go somewhere else But by all means go there If you like wasting your time, money and you like the hassle of making three or more trips to get a windscreen replaced
I've replaced plenty of windows and Windscreen with O'Brien with work. Never a problem. There was a window they could not supply for my personal car. But otherwise service is great and they come to me when they can.
Windscreen replaced under insurance, required a calibration due to the ADAS system. It was all completed in under 2hrs, great service and friendly customer service team.
I was phoned today for a claim i lodged through my insurance company. Patrick was the employee who phoned through to set up a time / day to have this service adhered too. He was very rude, short, and then hung up on me at the end of the call, i didn’t even have time to say thank you. I went to call back thinking maybe my line dropped out and i felt terrible, however i then received the confirmation text everything had been booked. I am appalled at the customer service i received today. I was left baffled at how someone so rude could possibly be working within a customer service role ? Hoping the actual service on my car goes a lot more smoothly then that initial phone call.
Great service all round! The customer service team on the phone were so helpful and friendly! And Ryan at the Mackay workshop was the same. Would recommend O’Briens any day of the week.ServicesAuto windshield replacement
