Very disappointed with the service I received from one of the guy who works there I believed he's the owner The only reason I'm giving ONE STAR is just because the food was acceptable. And if there's an option to rate this shop zero star, I would definitely give ZERO STARS for the service. While we sat waiting for our food, he and his big fat attitude walked in and out from the kitchen to the counter while taking other people's orders. There was no respect and no politeness whatsoever when he served the customer. He can't even throw a simple smile. Extremely arrogant. The time our order number was called out, my son stood up and then he just stared at us, he didn't even smile or say thank you. The food was average, chicken was dry, rice was cold and hummus was just ok, The chips were warm enough and the nibbles were edible but had less flavor. One advice, if you want to stay longer in the food business, work on your customer service! Will I be coming back? Definitely not.
One of the best Paneer Falafel kebab had in Town, excellent customer service, great friendly staff and very neat and Tidy takeaway. Thank you for Good food!

I’m sorry but I was skeptical about the cook on the larger pieces of chicken and I was right. I was also looking forward to Belgium waffles but they weren’t Belgium at all. I don’t say this to be mean but I mean what I say. I just expected the food to be top-notch because the place was SO clean. I gave 2 stars for cleanliness of the store.
Angus beef burger is always on point. So yum! Fries and fried chicken amazing as well. Food was meant to be ready in 20 minutes but we went on the 11th minute and good thing was it was ready! However only issue was mixed kebab was oddly cold otherwise no issues :

Food is good no fuss, but the brother serving need to work on his customer service and enthusiasm. Based on being there a few times don’t feel the vibe. Cheers for lunch though..
No health and safety. Serves one row of old dry small chicken pieces infront of a row of plum larger fresh chicken. Serving expired food on Christmas time and gave me a sore throat. Health warning
Really yummo. For some reason I thought they did spicy fried chicken, but sadly they don’t. It was still really great, and the chicken kebab was also fantastic.
Worst customer service by Faizan , he was rushing us to place our order , was extremely rude and was forcefully handing my husband the menu telling us to hurry up when it had only been barely one minute since we came into the shop to order , my whole family n I always used to go to sensational kebabs before but after this incident with faizan my family n I will never buy from any sensational kebab branch again , I have also shared this incident to my friends and will also be sharing this on social media so that no one goes there anymore …. Faizan needs to be re-trained or fired …. People like him kill the business
