 REALLY NOT good/attentive service. ZERO STAR.

 REALLY NOT good/attentive service.  I have to say, honestly. This GREATLY affects my willingness to donate again. I could barely feel any gratitude/appreciation expressed from majority of staff except one. IS IT ALL WORTH IT ??? It is a two-way street.
