Called in yesterday to earl Richardson road branch for some advice on my Honda crv windscreen.  The 2 ladies were the most helpful and knowledgeable people everyone would wish to deal with. I am absolutely impressed with the professionalism & skills of the Novus Manukau staff and technicians! Very considerate reception even extended for a couple of mins so I can hand the keys of my car the tech was very polite to show me upstairs and my windshield now looks amazing! Really. Poor service. I have had AA full glass cover for the last three years. A few weeks ago, a stone hit my car windscreen.nnI contacted AA and they referred me to Novus Manukau. According to the staff, because the chip was smaller than a $2 coin, they will be able to fix it.nnThey fixed the chip and the staff mentioned that the scars will stay. They can't do anything.nnContacted AA and they booked me for a review.nnAfter coming back, Kim examined the scar on the windscreen.nnKim made a comment: Oh, this is very minor. If we start fixing this, the insurance companies will go broke.nnOur staff did an amazing job, I stated, but you can clearly see the scars. She laughed and left.nnPoor customer service
