HORRIBLE, BEYOND APPALLING
Got promised 6 days for the repair. Found out they only started working on it on the 6th day, on the day I should be getting the car back. The receptionist assured they will push the work to finish it by the Friday of that week or following week Monday the LATEST. Went to pick it up on Tuesday morning - still not finished. Gave them few more days. The repair was finished a week later than promised with obvious BUBBLE in the paint work. The guy blamed ME for the bubble appeared (he said that the DENT that was already there had caused the bubble). They refused to show the photos that they took during the assessment before the repair as apparently I have NO RIGHT to see them. Maintained AGGRESSIVE attitude and denied to take any responsibility the whole time until motor assessor from insurance company was called in and I found my own photos to prove that it wasn’t there when the car was brought in. They ended up replacing the part but not a single word of apology was heard. The loan car they offered was smelly and had spider webs. 
I DO NOT recommend going to them if you do not want to waste your time and be treated unfairly.

Waiting time for a courtesy car of about 6 weeks and on top of that the manager questions you why aren't you using public transportation instead (like if they were  going to pay for  it). I decided to go to a different company and the service has been great. Try platinum panel and paint in takanini.

Took far too long to replace my rear bumper (9-10 days, yeah yeah including the weekend, but it only took the previous panel beater 2-3 days for same job), just an overall bad experience, having to followup and to make it worse I had my partner in my ear every 5 mins wondering when the car will be ready. Was only an insurance job but will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

We have had these guys fix several work vehicles, European and Japanese. The workmanship is always excellent and paint finish is better tan other repairers we have used. They are always busy so it does pay to book inspections in advance.
 I would gladly recommend them.

I have to agree with all the other reviews. Went in to get keys reset with new alarm. It took them way longer than their original estimate.

The initial meeting went well, in that Keith was really friendly and helpful but once he had the quote done, I guess I was locked in with them. He then became less interested and helpful.

When I got my car back, passenger mirror wasn't working and I had to return the vehicle. Turns out they had to unplug it for some reason and forgot to plug it back in. And the car did have additional scratches that previously weren't there.

I don't understand how these guys are Gold partners with the insurance companies. I guess it just goes to show, insurance companies are really happy to take your money but when it comes time for help, you get the worse solution possible.

Avoid these guys, really!!!
