Pretty expensive so shop around first. Been here a few times but not a very good experience this time around right from the start of when I called to book a service right thru to the end at picking up my car. Usually, my experience is maybe 3 stars but this time was worse. BOOKING: Lady foreign, Newmarket branch on phone making booking was short, abrupt & unhelpful & seemed annoyed as if my call interrupted her morning. 1st DROP OFF: Staff were late first thing in the morning even after I made "reminder" calls a week before that I would be 10mins earlier as I had a tight schedule that day. 2nd DROP OFF: Loan car wasnt ready so had to wait for them to sort, then was told that the "recall" I had taken my car in for the "1st" time wasnt done & can they do it this time?? No-one could tell me why it wasnt done the first time or why I wasnt told about it before now. Picked up my car at the end of the day to find a bunch of "service" lights popping up 5mins after leaving Honda! Fair to say very disappointed & not keen to go back after spending around $1500 here for the annual service & 2 tyres. Can only award 2 stars - 1 for the polite & friendly staff member Jericho & 1 for the courtesy car.

The guy Jaimie was a massive help. Couldn't disarm my car with the key, after confirming I was the owner he helped me over the phone to turn my alarm off to my Honda, was able to drive over to him to help me figure out what was wrong with my car. He didn't have to do any of this but cos he was a good bloke he did and didnt charge me a cent. Saved me an arm and a leg and my neighbors a headache from listening to my alarm going off. Thanks!!

Had to get air-bags replaced as part of safety recall. Quality service and good people. Clean workshop. Would recommend for getting your car serviced.

I have no experience at this place. I work 5 days a week so Saturday is the only time for me to take my car in and guess what? They don't open on a Saturday, most other dealers do.

Awesome service, got replaced Honda Airbags in just 30 mins. Really quick service.

Staff is reallllyyyy kind and helpful, will definitely bring my Honda here everytime
