These guys go above and beyond. My 2006 Ford Focus had a leak in it that my mechanic wasn't able to find the source of, so we took it to Novus just in case it was the windshield. They ruled out the windshield straight away, but held onto the car in order to do further troubleshooting taking the seats out, pulling up carpet etc. They managed to find the leak for us - caused by a crack in the roof seal, and they fixed it + dried the car out. Even though this required many hours of labour, the charge was very reasonable a mechanic would've charged at least 3x this amount. I really appreciate that they were willing to investigate/fix the issue even though it had nothing to do with the glass in the car, it shows that they really care about their customers.
Wring screen, then fitted new screen with wrong rear view mirror slide block on screen, they had to fit a steel panel to stop the mirror from wobbling around. Also chipped paint work on my new car which they fixed, 3 trips to get it fixed tho, staff was great.
Booking an appointment was easy, the person who did my car was polite and friendly, and did it in the time given
Massive thank you for such great service. I had a smashed window from an attempted robbery on a rainy day and they managed to fit me in for a repair asap. They turned a terrible day around!
You knew I was moving overseas, and thanks for completing the job early for that. But then the first written communication I get about insurance not being able to pay the bill was an email today four months after the fact, facing me with debt collection? I've paid it just today, so that's done, but yikes, try email first guys, it's not my fault i'm working in Aus and you kept trying my NZ cell, lol.
Great result fast service and kept to times they said they would work to. Highly recommend.
Had a leak in my car which was a massive headache as I didn't know where to start with the issue. The team did a great job finding the issue and fixing it.
Did not contact on completion of work. Had to return to remedy faulty work. Appearance of business below what I expected
