BNT is brilliant. We were served by a young chap called Anthony, who was extremely knowledgeable and most helpful in resolving our difficult automotuve situation. Highly recommend asking for Anthony if you're visiting the Porirua BNT. 12/10 for customer service.
Really helpful staff, pleasant to interact with and knowledgeable. Not high star rating as they are not focused on walk in general public. I got pricing for a wheel bearing for my car... $300ish plus GST. I got prices at 3 other places for the same part number, 1 was $100 cheaper, 1 was $200 cheaper and the last was $250 cheaper and all 3 included GST. Food for thought if you want to purchase from them. They can get the item, but watch the cost, it will burn you hard. Look around, it is worth the 20 minutes and $1 gas.
Don't order bearings from here... you can get them exact same make and plu within 3 minutes drive at a 1/3rd of the price, Why pay $320 plus courier fees when you can get it for $123 including courier fees or order it online from Christchurch for $75 pls GST and $5 postage. Not saying they rip the public off but they don't mind making a huge mark up on idiots who shop with them.
Had a very good experience with the guys. They know what you are talking about and have a good range in stock. Would recommend getting your parts here.
Only the best. Most good looking parts team with a good selection of knowledge and stock. They're humble too come down for a laugh and some banter and your parts too
More of a whole seller place, friendly staff never had any problems taking things back if they were incorrect and unfitted. good for advice too to the public.
Brought a Hella headlamp from these guys. My bike failed a WoF because they gave me a lamp for a left hand drive vehicle and the lens pattern directs the beam onto oncoming cars. When I took it back, they told me turn turn the lamp around 15 degrees and that there is nothing they could do. Hey fellas, either give me a lamp for a NZ road or give me my money back!!!!
Great service and were able to find what I needed straight away with a smile
