Clearly stated I wanted a tyre for my full size spare wheel - as replacing a spacesaver wheel. Later found out I was sold a tyre with a directional tread pattern - not suitable at all for a spare and dangerous in the wet. May as well of stuck with my spacesaver in that case. Woman behind the counter couldn't care less. Not going back.
