I am very happy with the service we have received from Northshore Pet resort, as we had a St Bernard who we had re-homed a short time before we were to go away, the staff were wonderful in getting him used to a kennel by using doggy daycare & then into a resort room for 2 weeks The staff are so good & they couldn't do enough for my Ziggy to be comfortable, even getting some chicken for him to eat as he went off his food, 5 stars for service & communication for the whole 2 weeks we were away, couldn't be happier as this was the first kennel we have ever used & we are very happy we did, highly recommended, from Julie, Craig & our furbaby Ziggy :)

I cannot recommend Northshore Pet Resort highly enough. Mums cat has always been so well looked after. He even gets salmon at times.

Haven't tried any other kennels before. I think this is a fairly professional one. The staff are lovely and appeared really experienced. Our dog is very boisterous (Bull Terrier) and I don't think she was really given any stimulation while there. I think staff were probably reluctant to let her play with other dogs which I can understand. But she came back healthy and washed and - most importantly - safe.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My dog seems to have enjoyed his sleepover too. Thank you!

Friendly and my dog doesn't come home unhappy like he has at other places.
