I would like to commend 'Northpoint' (again) for their recent professional customer service and their high quality of workmanship with the recent repair of our motor vehicle. Once again, nothing was a problem for Craig (Director) and Rod (Manager) as both combined to take all the stress out of the situation by liaising with all parties to ensure the best outcome was achieved for us to maintain the originality of our much loved vehicle. Working collaboratively with our family to help source parts for our veteran status vehicle was very much appreciated. So if you are looking for good old fashioned customer service, delivered with honesty, integrity, pride of workmanship and customer satisfaction, then 'Northpoint Motor Body Repairs' is the one for you. Having been established in Hornsby for in excess of 20 years, in an industry where many other motor vehicle repair businesses have 'come and gone' - is confirmation that their good reputation not only precedes them, but speaks for itself. Many thanks Craig, Rod & all Northpoint tradespersons & staff for yet another professional job well done.

Honest, excellent communication and a great local business. We always take our cars to Northpoint for repair because they're recognised by our insurer. But recently I took my car for repair as I was sideswiped by another car whilst parked & Northpoint knew I was going to be paid back by the other driver but did NOT take advantage of that. They quoted about $300 but when we went to pick up our car they instead only charged us $82.50 because the scratch polished out! AND they washed our car! Amazing service, honest people and great to deal with every time.

Fantastic service. Car was ready on the day it was promised. Great job on the car and it was washed and polished and ready for the roads again!

Dropped my car in for hail damage repair (that was covered by insurance) and the guy explained that a few of the dings wouldn't be fixed as they were not related to the hail (car park door dings). Fair enough, that's understandable. Agreed with them when I dropped the car off that they would call me with a quote to fix the non-hail damage and I would pay myself, but they didn't call, just left it and returned the car with al the hail dents fixed, but the others still there. Bit disappointing as I'd have liked to get them all fixed at the same time.

Good professional service even for a small job. I had a trimming piece replaced and Northpoint smash repairs were helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They were frank about time frames and provided me with a quote a few days after their inspection, once they got a price on the part. Thank you Northpoint team.
