Nerissa was great to deal with, & helped us through the process of buying the vehicle, very knowledgeable considering Mercedes have a lot of packages and variants over all models. Really loved the one-day trial of the vehicle, it gave us a good feel of what the car was going to be like. Had no issues with the service department over the 2 years we have owned the vehicle, would recommend them & will be purchasing many more cars from them in the future.
A very happy customer. Right from the moment I met Nerissa Johnstone, Branch Manager, her service and friendly manner was exceptional. As my husband is unwell, she helped me navigate purchasing a new car. Along with her professionalism and thoughtfulness, she went above and beyond to streamline the entire experience for me. As the new car took awhile to arrive from Melbourne, I was given a loan car, which was fabulous. So, by the time mine arrived, I was well versed on how to drive this beautiful vehicle. Nothing has been too much trouble. I highly recommend dealing with the team at Mercedes, especially the Branch Manager Nerissa Johnstone.
Excellent service and communication. After being an out of town buyer for many years I bought my new car from here. They were efficient and very competitive with pricing. My husband has been a customer for many years with our business but never personal. They will do everything possible to help you get what you need or want . Will definitely be recommending to all my friends. Thanks guys.

Mercedes service dept switched out a repair quote form time of booking to a different one with an extra $1000+ on it on the day of the repair. I was told i was wrong about the original price quoted and had to leave work to retrieve the original print-off at home. I ended up being correct, no explanation given whatsoever for how/why there was almost and extra $1000+ on the bill and original price was finally honoured. I Have since had to find a difference service centre for my mercedes vehicles after 6 years of northstar. An explanation or a propper apology would have made me feel quite a bit better about the experience.
Awsome service from all the staff at North Star. Especially Andrew who sold me my new nissan cashqai. Its been 16years since my last new car now l need to learn how drive this beautiful car so many accessories but the staff at North Star said call in anytime for help
Bobby the salesman was exceptional but dealings with the car yard leaves a lot to be desired. Note when purchasing from these guys make sure every little thing asked for or said is in your contract. Otherwise they will deny everything. We asked for two keypads and only got one and was told we had to foot the bill for the second one. We have phoned the yard on several occasions to get rego papers and one month later we are still waiting. Not a happy customer at all. Buyers be wary.
If only I could put a negative in front of the 1! Pressure sales! dishonest! And they wonder why we travel interstate! Buyer beware
I WILL NEVER BUY FROM NISAN NORTH STAR EVER AGAIN!!! Buying your first brand new car is meant to be a great thing, not to these guys its not. At first they didn't even want to come out to the yard to see if we wanted to look at anything, after walking in to have them looking at me and the kids for 5 minutes they finally came over to ask if I had any questions about any of the cars it felt like they were talking down to me not to me. We still buy our new car from them as it was what we wanted. Took it in for its first serviced and and spoke to the warranty guy about the bubbling under the paint and the clear coat peeling in other spots. After I rung Nissan myself because I know a serviced doesn't take 8 hours to do, Only to be told it was our fault the paint it like it is, that something has rubbed up against the side of the Ute which it has not. He even tried to say he took it to a panel beaters to look at the paint work which he never did because none of them were open that day. So we took it to the panel beaters they use in town to get it from him ourselves of what he thinks is happening to the paint. After that we rang Nissan Australia and told them what is happening to the paint work we sent off all photos and detailed information for them to tell north star to get it fixed under warranty. They also gave me a loan car which is absolutely filthy inside and out and had no fuel at all, plus it still had rubbish in it from the last person who drove it. I would rather drive to any other town then take my car back to Nissan north star Mildura
I gave you 1 star I now will revise that and give you 1/8th of a star and that's being generous..you tried to take advantage of a young man with a learning disability by quoting a ridiculous price $4,250for a manifold issue which ultimately cost $1,200 at another garage..you should be ashamed and take on board my previous review instead of deleting it...how many customers have you fleeced and will continue to do so unless called out by me and others!
