What a nightmare. Truck delivered was not NHVR compliant. Took us 8 months to rectify with no help or care from Johnsons. to have it made compliant. Pre delivery ...what pre delivery. Had to stop and tighten aerial, weather shields, screw missing from dash and the list goes on. Would not recommend them.to my worst enemy.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I ordered a gift, and requested if they could hide there label to keep it a secret from my partner. This was no issues and they went ahead and done this for me. Postage was super fast also. I’ll definitely be buying more goodies from you!
For the most part pretty good service. There have been a few occasions where the service department has fallen short. Had a breakdown on a Volvo where a lower radiator hose had become compromised due to a rubbing aftercooler hose/pipe. The truck had only recently been serviced. Inside 1 week. Due to the nature of the breakdown one would expect a potential failure like this to be picked up. Fitter arrived on site to diagnose/repair fault. No parts were available. Credit to the fitter as he managed to get me going again with some bush mechanics. I was a little disappointed in the lack of parts especially for a relatively new Volvo.
My experience has been of a high standard with service that goes above and beyond in both sales and service. Keep up the good work
