Mildura Truck Centre, a huge thank you to Kim and the team in the Service Centre. We were able to book our caravan in for a wheel alignment and bearings check at short notice. The mechanics did a fantastic job and we now have peace of mind for our ongoing travels! Fantastic service, efficient and very easy and cheerful to deal with. Thank you.
They went above an beyond to help what I needed, always great there, an the service is second to none
Left a lead trailer there for a new axle installation after axle had fallen out due to cracked axle mounts. Trailer was purchased from them a few months prior. I had to bring trailer in to repair air leaks after leaving their workshop. Found air bag lines on the axle that had just been replaced leaking. Brakes not adjusted and spring eye bolts with no evidence of being tensioned. No grease was applied to new components. For the most part the boys provide an acceptable level of service, however its worth casting an eye over their work.
Very bad experience as left the truck Kenworth T610 for fixing , they charged A$600+, They said issue fixed but did nothing . They reported as radar calibrated but soon popped up the issue again the same day after driving a little. Went back to them , explained the issue , left the truck on Saturday 8am 30/01/2021, they called back almost at close time as they close Saturday 12pm. Asked to pay again a bill of A$472 and installed no spare parts nothing . When requested as we can’t pay as the issues wasn’t fixed before , they refused to hand over the keys of the truck and said talk to manager who was off the job and see on Monday. Now truck stuck for 2 days and we lost the job/load that was ready on Saturday. It’s a big loss. Very bad experience. Gonna report to Fair Trading soon .nVery bad experience.nDon’t ever go to them my kind suggestion.
Poor Service and Communication Skills. Staff requires major training and skills for customers service! Bad experience!
