Nice little station just before Geelong.
Getting to the station could be improved I'd say, there's only a small footpath towards the station from one of the bus stops and it's difficult to see. The station does have a lot of graffiti on it unfortunately, which gives it a grimy/dirty look. Nevertheless, you have a sizable waiting area and the platforms don't get particularly crowded.
North Geelong Railway Station can be Accessed from Victoria Street and Princess Hwy, North Geelong, into large Carparks or Bus 24 drop off point. TAP and GO Machine available, Toilets and Railway Station Office is active. There is a Vending Machine for Soft Drinks and Train Schedules to View. Railway Staff are Helpful and Friendly.
Clean and tidy station and frequent trains to Melbournen- Been here during the summer time and our visit to Melbourne was started from heren- The station offers a lot of parking spacen- Reachable from most of the Geelong area easily.
Got off here to try find some flips in the Geelong West op shops. Found that the platform to get off needed some walking on steep ramps. If you want to get the bus, you'd need to walk to the other side of the station to catch a train in Melbourne.nnPoorly laid out but signage isn't terrible. An overrated train station. This station is best to be built with an island platform and a footbridge with lifts. Better to go to Geelong Station which is only the next stop from here via V/Line
