They don't do enough study or take things seriously or me for real the king of this world this era and time in history. The true christ schon already always and beyond forever eternal  and I have done more study in the psyche the soul spirit and mind than the whole organisation has. Psychiatrist don't have life experience or drug experience they test on u what they won't take themselves. Corrupt and very little wisdom. Not wholistic no spiritual knowledge and not experts or professional in diagnosis and judgement

I voluntarily reached out for help via the CATT team due to suicidal thoughts. I was met with fake empathy and promises of help that never came. I was advised to enter a ‘voluntary ‘ mental health ward which turned out to be a complete lie once I was admitted. Many of the staff I from the CATT team presented arrogantly and patronising. My mental health deteriorated rapidly from the moment of contact until my departure from their services. I am so saddened and angered for those who do not make it through the processes... I was one of the lucky ones to somehow find my strength to get through.. so far.. but extremely important lesson learnt. Rely and trust no one except yourself and those close to you.. sad and difficult lesson but unfortunately true. Hoping with all my being that I can make it through.. the system has failed too many already and EVERY life counts.

Told me the truth that led me on a path to breaking a complex ptsd. Also said that AA is a good place for alcoholism, well I wasn't an alcoholic so I'll give you 3 out of 5 for the benefit of the doubt.....
