Ajay Singh. I can’t express enough how amazing this man is. I was lucky enough to have him as my psychiatrist. Ajay went above and beyond for me. He understands, does not push medication as he listens to what is going on in your life. Never rushed and is very, very thorough in his work. He knew when I was in need of getting me into Delmont hospital and got me in straight away. The genuine care, support and help, words cannot describe. With my whole heart I am blessed and very thankful to have Ajay.

I had such an awful experience with a doctor here. I was not listened too and felt completely dismissed. He was looking at his computer when asking about my mental health history, did not even acknowledge the very important letter my psychologist has written for him and completely disregarded my view of my mental health - he said that i was probably making it up because of social media…. I am an allied health professional who has studied mental health and neurodevelopmental disorders at university…

I feel intimidated, uncomfortable and anxious dealing with the reception staff. There is no personal touch, warmth, chit chat or assistance. If you ask a question they get perilously close to bullying and have an outdated style of mocking and gaslighting patients.  Train your staff in mental health service delivery, no person deserves to be barked at or attacked for asking a question.

I've never encountered a receptionist that's as rude and judgemental.

I see my shrink there and he is just fantastic. It's a very busy consulting suite

My Psychiatrist ok. Doing nothing more than a chat and meds that I don't need?? Feel l need a more positive support with HRT. ?? That's when crazy started. At 40. But survived because.. no idea. Next visit. Will say so... otherwise. Move on
