To anyone who needs to talk about their problems - please avoid this place at all costs. The triage nurses are amateurish and the doctor I saw had absolutely no interest in discussing, or even acknowledging the causes of my depression. They are basically trigger happy drug pushers who will quite readily prescribe any drugs at random, even the wrong drugs, without properly consulting their patients or correctly identifying their condition. They seem to have no interest in providing any therapy or counselling. If you want to talk to someone, please do not go here. The staff here openly don't care. Even a couple of the receptionists are unfriendly, to the point of being borderline hostile. This is not a nice place.

I made a complaint to The Mental Health Complaints Commissioner about this service. I saw Sam Morley and Danny Davies. They were horrible to see, they treated me very badly. Sam is like a robot, no feelings, no compassion. Danny also has no feelings or compassion. They are both unreliable, uncaring and insensitive. It’s a horrible clinic. I wasn’t cared about, I was just some patient. I felt like I had no one there.
