I stopped to offer assistance to 2 women today involved in an accident at the above intersection in Carnegie today at 2.30pm. At approx 3pm one of your towing guys , Tony, came to take the car away. I just wanted to let you know what a fantastic man he was and what a great job he did. He is a credit to your company (which I will now highly recommend to anyone in need of a towing company). He was so good to deal with, he was friendly and also extremely kind. One of the young women was pretty distressed and he read the situation and dealt sympathetically and gently with her. I hope you appreciate what a great employee you have in him and the job he does in representing your company. Kind regards, Simone

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After a not at fault accident on Wednesday, they took my car, never gave me any paperwork at all. Then 2 days later I called them and was told the car was at their Pakenham address, I went their to collect my belongings out of my car, to be told it was now at Huntingdale. I went ALL the way to Huntingdale to be told it was still at Pakenham. The man on the phone also never called me back. PATHETIC DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

AVOID - these incompetent criminals are worse to deal with than car thieves. $495 to release a stolen car. Had no idea if the car was here. Couldn't find the paperwork. Said there were plates still on it (I had them in my hand). Couldn't release it because it needed fingerprinting (was done yesterday and released by police). Couldn't release it because it was blocked in by other vehicles!!! Couldn't release it because police had blocked it in (not true). Warned me not to drive with a space saver spare (it's legal). Waste of an hour+ of my life.

Believe me this company is the worst to deal with all they care about is money and are of no help in any way.
