Extremely happy with Macktow. During a super stressful situation, the driver John and all the team made the whole process a lot smoother. John was very careful with the vehicle. We will definitely use Macktow again.
My car became a total loss due to another driver disobeying a stop sign. Thankfully no one died or suffered a life-changing injury. After the first shock and the joy of being alive, I realised that I could not open the boot to check if there was anything valuable in it. When Joel arrived on the 4th of July 2022 in the afternoon to tow the car, he didn't just open the boot for me, but he also helped me empty it - in seconds, yet taking care of things! Rang to book my car pick up from repairer for 9am. Travel time to my home is 1 hour. 10.30am no car I ring get rudely transferred they have it booked for the following day! No apology but say they will deliver by 2pm At 3.30pm still no car speak to someone he doesn’t handle that, get transferred apparently it’s on its way but won’t tell me where it is or how long, so rude. 4pm the driver rings to say he’s out the front of my house.......he’s not, he’s in the wrong suburb! A whole day wasted waiting because of rude, incompetent staff. Do not use them.
