Excellent customer service and advice, willing to spend time to understand your needs. They really went the extra mile to make sure that the equipment I was purchasing was right for the job. Even coming out to our property to test and demonstrate the gear then following up to make sure we were happy with how it was working for us. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely lazy and useless. I turned up with a deck part I needed replacing. Bloke behind the counter says he wont help me unless I know the part number. How would I know??? That's what you should know! Refused to help me. I found another Mower Centre in the area who were more than happy to help. Found the right part (with no part number required) and I was happy. Not hard. Give this place a miss! My experience has also found that North Coast Mowers are more expansive than their competitors!

Terrific after sales service, great communication. Gerald, went the extra mile to assist me with shipping replacement blades internationally to the US for my Greenfield Piecemaker Shredder. I highly recommend North Coast Mower Center.

With so many options when it comes to buying a new mower, Northcoast Mowers were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, ensuring we got the right mower for our needs at the right price. Gerald went above and beyond delivering the mower to our property at no extra cost! Thanks Northcoast Mowers!

I enquired by email about buying a new ride on mower and requested some information about it. I also enquired whether they accepted trade in's and received NO response. When I attended in person and enquired as to why they didn't respond their answer was "we didn't really want your trade in". What a pathetic way to do business.
